As with all major events it is not possible for them to run smootly without the help of a lot of people behind the scenes… I close my coverage of the chapionships with images of the Officials and volunteers who helped to make this a great week of sport here in Sheffield.
World Goalball Championships 2010 Lord Mayors Reception
Before the Goalball Championships started the Lord Mayor of Sheffield held a reception at Sheffield town hall to welcome participating teams and officials. I was lucky to be invited along and capture the event.
World Goalball Championships 2010 Final Day
We’ve finally reached the last day of competition from the Goalball World Championships… I thoroughly enjoyed attending the event and made a lot of friends. If you get a chance to go and see the sport I highly recommend it!
