Another quick update, It was with great delight that I visited Chatsworth Country Fair this weekend with my family. It’s a great day out which had two added draws this year, the first and the reason for the post title was to see my photographs on display at the Derwent Dam Museum stand. It’s been an absolute pleasure being involved with Vic Hallam who runs the museum, who has given me the opportunity to display my work…. probably my most proud moment as a photographer! I cannot recommend a visit to the Dam Museum enough…. you’re guaranteed a warm welcome by Vic.

The second reason was to see another set of my hero’s – The Red Arrows, shooting into the sun made it difficult but as you can see the results more than worth it.

Northern Exposure

I was lucky enough to take a holiday back in June that saw me travel some of the most amazing senery the UK has to offer. I got to stop off at lots of places on the journey. The results are some of my favourite photographs and have inspired me to write a new book – Northern Exposure.

20,000th Hit And Summer Catchup

Hello!
I’m thrilled to say that during my summer break the site passed through its 20,000th visitor, when i designed the site nearly 2 years ago i never dreamed the site would have so much traffic. So thank you to everyone who has spared me a minute of their time to come and look at what i do.
Updates should be back on track and come regularly now. The next few updates will all be from the last few months, starting with the two images in this post. Taken at Joe’s Beach Bar, Ingoldmells during a charity lantern release.

Still to come… my favourite images of the year if not ever! Some more of Sheffield, Waddington and Cosford Airshows and some commision work.

Before the Goalball Championships started the Lord Mayor of Sheffield held a reception at Sheffield town hall to welcome participating teams and officials. I was lucky to be invited along and capture the event.

We’ve finally reached the last day of competition from the Goalball World Championships… I thoroughly enjoyed attending the event and made a lot of friends. If you get a chance to go and see the sport I highly recommend it!
